"this is me"
means, you written all over it. but what makes you actually? well its what you believe you are, and thus when you believe, you do.
Individuality, it's how you differentiate a person from another person; giving you the sense of being unique.
what ever you do, you are unique in everyway, maybe identical, moves the same, thinks the same, but at a smallest possible point, there's that difference.
in everything we do, there is something unique, a sense of you writing yourself all over your work. for example; Stardivarious and Amati, great makers of Violin, they are known all over the world, or at least most, because of their whole hearted deed of making violins, they are known. but because of their work, the Stardivari or Amati Violin, theirselves were written on their own Violins. Maybe violins look a like, but a Stradivari or Amati Violin is a Stradivari or Amati Violin, and a normal violin is a normal violin, they may look the same, but look closer, see the difference.
another example is Fashion Designers. their works is their signature. people may be wearing them, saying that these give them "Individuality", but who in the straight mind thinks that they have individuality when they all wear the same clothes, and it's not their style, its the designer's style.
Fashion is not style, because it's just you telling yourself and other people how to dress or to look, but Style on the other hand, it's you written all over. It's how you mix yourself and define yourself, so that they can see diamond amongst cubic zirconium.
Another example is artist, nothing can compare to the originals.
Singers and writers, they have their own mix of words.
what separates you from another one is yourself, being in the trends does not give you individuality at all because you just follow somebody else's style rather than your own, so that is Stupid, Much less futile.
this thread, i encourage to readers to make your own, not copy or use another's style, it's plagiarism, and does not promote your own. so work hard to make your own, that it will define you.
